Diabetes Support Group

The Diabetes Support Group is for all adults with Type II diabetes. Join us to learn more about managing your diabetes, share stories and ask questions. There is no charge and the group meets monthly (except during July and August). For more information, contact Elaine Parks, Diabetes Educator, at 337-6598.
The next meeting will be a grocery store tour at Louie's Super Foods in Calumet held on Wednesday, May 5th at 2:00pm.
