Athletic, Conditioning, Exercise (ACE) programs offer a wide variety of fitness programs for youth, ages 6th grade through 12th grade.

Fitness is an important part of a health lifestyle -- that's why we developed the A.C.E. program. Athletes and non-athletes are able to join in and shape up while having fun creating a life-long commitment to fitness. The A.C.E. program also offers specific programs like Basketball Camp and Plyometrics Training.

We work hard and have plenty of fun! Students will participate in cardiovascular exercise, stretching, athletic training and strength training. We also have music, games and end-of-term pizza parties.

A.C.E. students will be able to improve their fitness at their own pace and ability. All sizes, shapes and levels will find a place in A.C.E.
